TRAINING AUDIENCE

The Asthma Management for Child Care Providers Webinar is intended for all caregivers of young children with documented or presumed asthma, including childcare staff.

This training takes approximately 2 hours to complete.

Asthma Management and Radon Awareness Training at Your Childcare Site

Asthma Management and Radon Awareness is a combined 90-minute virtual training offered to childcare providers. Asthma Management provides information on how daycare providers can identify when a child is having an asthma episode, how to avoid triggers, and proper medication adherence. Radon awareness provides an overview of radon and radon testing policies for daycare providers.

This training is offered by webinar and is free of charge for daycare providers in Illinois. Each in-home daycare provider will receive a free radon test kit by mail following the training.
