RHA Honored as a Winner in Health: Education/Literacy Platform for the 5th Annual Anthem Awards

Chicago, IL – November 18, 2025 – Respiratory Health Association (RHA) announced today it has been named a winner in Health, Education/Literacy Platform in the 5th Annual Anthem Awards. RHA received the award for its Asthma Caregiver’s Handbook.

RHA, a non-profit organization focusing on lung health and clean air, created the Asthma Caregiver’s Handbook in 2024 to increase caregivers’ knowledge of how to manage the many issues that arise when caring for a child with asthma. To date, more than 15,600 copies of the Handbook (available in English and Spanish) have been distributed across Illinois.

“We are thrilled by the strong demand for this resource and are delighted that families are finding it so useful. Information is power, and in this case, we are comforted to know that the information we provide is empowering so many families to take control of their health,” said Rob Anderson, RHA President and CEO. “And we are most grateful for this acknowledgement from the Anthem Awards.”

“This has been a challenging year for the impact sector, but the winners of the 5th Annual Anthem Awards have shown their resilience and continued commitment to a better tomorrow,” said Anthem Awards General Manager, Patricia McLoughlin. “This year’s winners are a source of hope, and I am excited to celebrate their work with the world today.”
